This is a recipe from Eagle Brand, and it's perfect for those with a sweet tooth. But it may be just a tad bit too sweet for my liking, so I substituted some ingredients to adjust the level of sweetness. Below I've provided the original recipe from Eagle Brand, as well as the recipe with the substituted ingredients, so it's easier for you to compare. Choose to make whichever recipe looks good to you, or make your own adjustments according to your tastes!

Magic Cookie Bars - with adjustments
Ingredients:
Non-stick cooking spray
1-1/2 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (14 oz.) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 cup dark chocolate chips
1-1/3 cup organic unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine graham crakcer crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan. (Here, the Eagle Brand recipe says to pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crumb mixture, before adding the other ingredients, but I think the condensed milk goes best on top, as the last ingredient added to the pan).
3. Layer pan evenly with chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top.
4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Loosen from the sides of the pan while still warm, and cool on a wire rack. Cut into whatever shape you desire, and enjoy!
