Bagel, Bagel, Bagel....

Bagels are my go-to breakfast.  Store bought bagels can be different from brand to brand, or bakery to bakery.  I always thought bagels were hard to make, but it turns out they're not!  It just takes a little more time than other baked goods.

Chinese Steamed Buns
